If you are looking to take the family out for a day of fun and entertainment then Benone Tourist Complex’s Fun Day taking place this Saturday, 13 August from 12-3pm is the place to be.
The Fun Day is designed to cater for all age groups with activities ranging from Live Music, line dancing with the Texas Kickers, a demonstration by the N.I. Fire Authority, a climbing wall, games, penalty shoot, bungee runs, face painting, balloon modelling, archery, car boot sale, stalls and many, many more!
The day will finish with an auction at 2.45pm.
It is hoped the day will not only attract residents of the borough but also many visitors, including those staying at Benone Tourist Complex!
A raffle will also take place at the Fun Day, the proceeds of which will go directly to the East Africian Crisis Appeal through the administration of Tearfund.
Staff at the Complex have been working closely with many of the local businesses, including: Cooleys, Bob’s Bistro, Cannings Spar, Hill Farm Riding School, Crindle Stables, Foyle Hovercraft, Jet Centre, Ulster Gliding Club, Campsie Karting, who have very generously donated prizes for this worthy cause.
If you wish to be part of the car boot sale then please register in advance at Benone Complex reception. Details can be found on Facebook.
