The 50,000 euro stand-alone house in St Johnston is located in the Treansallagh townland, according to the auctioneer, and the 35,000 euro three-bedroom house in Convoy is at Townparks in the village.
Deemed by Allsop as “a mixed use investment” the retail building currently occupied by the Gaolee Chinese and Snip in Convoy brings in a total current rent of 15,444 euros
There’s also one flat in the building subject to a tenancy and two vacant flats.
