What better way to illustrate the speed and character of the city’s reinvention than to compare images from the 1960s and 1970s with their equivalents today.
Sean McLaughlin, who has compiled a series of books featuring images from the Journal’ archives, says comparing the old and new photos is a wonderful way to experience the diversity of Derry.
