It’s all things teddy bears in Limavady on 12th and 13th September as part of European Heritage Open Days weekend.
The events take part at the Roe Valley Arts Centre and the Green Lane Museum in the Roe Valley Country Park and incude a variety of activities.
The movie ‘Padddington’ screens at the Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre on 12th September at 11am.
“Afterwards, head across to Green Lane Museum for an afternoon of free crafting fun between 2-4pm, where you can make various items to dress up your bear as well as a teddy mask for youself to take home. This is a drop-in session and children must be supervised by an adult,” said a spokesperson.
“Coinciding with these drop-in sessions are other activitiies that you and your bear can enjoy over the weekend such as colouring in, puzzles, Toddler Teddy Hunt, famous bears quiz and more. Be sure to bring your bear and camera as we are also running a photography competition of your bear’s visit to the museum.”
Green Lane Museum is open during September on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4.45pm only.
