A teenager is to appear in court in Derry today (Monday) charged with offences in connection to an overnight arson at a fomer car dealership in Ballykelly.
Police say the 17-year-old male has been charged with arson, criminal damage and burglary following the overnight fire at a former car dealership on the Loughermore Road.
Police say the blaze was reported to police at around 8.30pm on Sunday. February 7.
A PSNI spokesperson said the teenager is expected to appear at Derry Magistrates court this morning.
“As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS,” added the spokesperson. .
