Local music fans are in for a treat with the return of singer songwriter Mark Geary to Derry this Thursday evening.

Mr. Mark Geary will be playing a double header with the Lost Brothers.

The Lost Brothers are an Irish musical duo consisting of by Mark McCausland and Oisin Leech and have just released their third long player ‘The Passing of the night.’ Recorded in Nashville along with Brendan Benson and members of “The Cardinals” ( Ryan Adams ).

They have just finished their own US tour as well as supporting Glen Hansard in his solo shows. Sharing the stage with Mark and Oisin will be none other than Mr. Mark Geary, he is making a welcome return to this part of the world after an absence of almost five years.

Mark also has a new album out “Songs about love, songs about leaving” and once again it’s earning great reviews. This is Geary’s fourth album and it features on guest vocals his friend Glen Hansard.

An inimitable live performer, Mark Geary’s stage show lives long in the memory thanks largely to his musicianship and his splendid songwriting skills.
