Time to beat the winter blues with food

Did you know that food has a huge effect on our mood? Come join nutritional consultant, Jessica Peoples, in a new course on Beating the Blues with Food which begins tomorrow at Quigley’s Point community centre.

You will learn how food can affect mood, mental and overall health. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Kettlebell classes in Quigley’s Point Community Centre on Wednesday evenings from 7:45pm-8:30pm, Cost is 5 euro per class, but loyalty card available for discounted rates. The Parents’ Association Committee of Scoil Cholmcille, Greencastle would like to thank everyone who supported the Big Bonanza Draw. It was a tremendous success and a great night was had by all. Redcastle Football Club - The first team team won 4-0 away to Gleneely on Sunday, the goals came from Aidan Cunningham, 2, Brendan Murphy and Mark Mc Gonagle. The Reserve game was called off. Underage football Wednesdays 5pm to 6.30pm; 5th and 6th class . Fridays 6.30pm to 7.45pm. 1st and 2nd class.. Tuesdays 6pm to 7.15,junior and senior infants and 7.30 to 8.45 3rd and 4th class. Kettlebell classes Tuesdays 11-12pm, and Thursdays 12:30pm-1pm.
