“It’s a local hospice and it’s for local people, and it should be supported all the time because it helps a lot of people in the North West.

“Hopefully, we will get good support on the day,” said Mr O’Hara.

Cyclists will leave the Happy Landing in Eglinton and make their way towards the Foyle Bridge, towards Moville, before heading back to Eglinton.

Refreshments will be provided back at The Happy Landing.

Mr. O’Hara, will be getting on his bike on Sunday, and he hopes others will also hop on the saddle for charity.

“Get on your bike and raise some much needed funds for The Foyle Hospice,” Mr O’Hara said.

“Join us for a day of challenging fun.”

There is a minimum sponsorship of £10.
