Weekend Stories Galore Book Club at Arts Centre

On Saturday 19th March at 12noon, storyteller Liz Weir hosts the Stories Galore Club for families with children aged 7-12 years which will be held in the Family Zone.

“If your child aged 8-12 years and is potty about books, drawing and stories, then sign them up for the two-part Make your own Bookity-Book course which is on 23rd and 24th March from 11am-2pm,” said a spokesperson. “Professional artist Jenna Kirkwood will help them write, illustrate and make their own, unique storybooks to take home and keep forever.”

Both courses complement the amazing World Illustration Awards 2015 exhibition currently on display at the Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre until 2nd April. Showcasing over 40 global artists, the colourful exhibition includes award-winning illustration from books, magazines, advertisements and more!
