Glack entertain league leaders

Doire Colmcille v Magherafelt Thirds

Dan Mullan

Doire Colmcille are at home to Magherafelt Thirds and it will be another huge task for the city lads whose victories in the last four years have been sparse. Magherafelt Thirds, led by wily full forward Ciaran Higgins, have been good enough to beat teams like Ardmore and Doire Trasna so there looks to be little chance of Colmcille upsetting the form book.

Glack v Doire Trasna

Joe Mulholland

Glack are at home to front runners Doire Trasna and while Aaron O’Connor’s team have improved it still may not be enough to turn over the Waterside men who are very strong in the middle of the field and who will hopefully have the excellent Cormac Carlin back full-forward after he missed their victory over Ardmore

Magilligan v Drum

Gavan Dixon

Magilligan have been big improvers this year and have beaten both Glack and Magherafelt Thirds. They are at home to Drum, now under new management after Declan O’Connor stepped down. Down the years they have been getting the better of Magilligan but this time it may be closer than usual, although Drum will be fancied to take the points.
