"Bobby came through the youth academy at Tristar and they deserve a lot of credit for his early development. He was also involved in the Northern Ireland youth set-up and moved to Maiden City where he also did very well before coming here 18 months ago."

"He is a very intelligent lad and while he is totally committed to his football, his education is equally important. That has been a major factor in his move to England."

"Lincoln made contact with us and we were happy to see Bobby go there on trial. They also arranged for him to continue his studies and having been over there a few times now they have been able to agree a plan that allows him to continue his studies and play football."

"He is a really good player and a very modest fella and we are pleased to have played a part in Bobby's continued development under his coaches at Derry City- Conor Loughrey, Rory Kehoe, Mo Mahon and Donal O'Brien."

"We will be following his progress at Lincoln closely and we wish Bobby and his family our very best on the journey."
