Teams seeking vital victories ahead of Christmas break

AFTER weather decimated last weekend’s fixtures, teams will be hoping to grab three vital points this Sunday on what is the last round of games before the Christmas break which lasts until January 15th.

In the Premier Division, leaders Top of the Hill take on Trojans, Three Flowers clash in the ‘Match of the Day’ against Tristar, Celtic Swifts meet Abercorn, Don Bosco - under new manager, Kevin “Kojak”, O’Neill - play Brandywell Harps and Porters host Lisahally.

In the first Division, leaders Oxford Stars are at home to second placed Culmore, Maydown play Campbell’s, The Bentley take on Phoenix and AOH Harps play Ballymoor.

Weekend Fixtures

Premier Division: Three Flowers v Tristar (Brandywell); Trojans v Top of the Hill (St. Columb’s 2); Celtic Swifts v Abercorn (St. Columb’s 3); Porters v Lisahally (Central); Don Boscos v Brandywell Harps, (Showgrounds). Division One: Oxford Utd Stars v Culmore (Swilly); Maydown v Campbell’s (Strathfoyle); The Bentley v Phoenix (Ardmore); AOH Harps v Ballymoor (Prehen One). All matches kick off at 11.30 a.m.

The next meeting will be held in the AOH Show Rooms on Monday, 9th January, 2012.

In the New Year the Terry Kelly Cup Quarter Finals will be played: Don Bosco’s v Brandywell Harps; Lisahally v Oxford Utd Stars; The Bentley v Tristar; Three Flowers v Culmore
