Top of the Hill Celtic v Trojans

This final could turn out to be quite a match between two teams who like to play attacking football.

Top of the Hill Celtic are still on track to pick up all four trophies on offer this season. They have appeared in the final of this competition four times - winning three of them and they have a team packed with experience including Gary Cassidy and the Harkin brothers, Neil and Darren.

However they will be missing goalkeeper, Ryan McCloskey who sustained a broken thumb and he will be replaced by Colly White.

Top of the Hill defeated Trojans twice in the league but managers Niall McLaughlin and Sean Harkin know that will all mean nothing on Sunday.

To get to this final they defeated Strand United, Killea N.C., Abercorn and Oxford Stars.

Trojans are having a good season, currently sitting fifth in the Premier Division. They will certainly not be there to make up the numbers in this final but will start as underdogs and that will suit manager, Paul Higgins.

Brendan McDonald, Brian McClean, Tony Deery and Niall Grace will be key players for the Creggan men.

To get to this final they knocked out Crescent, holders Park Bar, Porter’s and Don Bosco’s. This will be their first appearance in the Terry Kelly final.

The first goal in this game could prove vital, however, given their experience, Top of the Hill are tipped to win.
