VETERANS SNOOKER: AOH double-up in one sided final!

AOH Club bridged a seven-year gap to celebrate a second success in the North-West Veterans' Snooker Team Pairs KO Cup, thanks to defeating Over-the-Hill 3-1 in the 2016 final, held last Wednesday night at Mailey's Bar.

In what proved pretty much a one-sided contest, the Hibs decisive decision was anchored by Ray Barrow & Sean Ferry (facile 2-0 victory), with Hugo Duffy & John McDaid playing the 1-1 cameo role. Eddie McColgan & Alan Reed prevailed in a tight finish for the Brandywell side’s consolation win.
