Basic Pancake Batter
Makes 4 large pancakes at 3 ProPoints Each
Whisk together 120g Plain Flour,
1 Large Egg
Pinch of salt
1/2 pint of Skimmed Milk until smooth
Use low fat cooking spray to grease the frying pan. Pour in 1/4 of the mixture to thinly cover the bottom of the pan. Cook on one side and toss it,
Top with Zero ProPointed Fruit for a Filling and Healthy Breakfast or Lunchtime Snack.
