An Inishowen pianist is to follow-up her recent sell-out home concert with ‘A Christmas Prelude’ at Glencrow Hall next week.
Nadene Fiorentini’s first home concert in September was a huge success and her next performance is expected to be even more popular.
The National Concert Hall’s Rising Star of 2014 will be joined in Moville on December 18th by tenor Ciaran Kelly and mezzo Leanne Fitzgerald.
The concert will feature solo piano works by Chopin and Debussy, vocal solos and duets by Handel and festive favourites including ‘O Holy Night,’ ‘Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire’ and many more.
Nadene told the Journal she was delighted with the success of her most recent concert and is looking forward to returning to Glencrow Hall.
The concert begins at 8pm and tickets are available in most local shops, including Centra, Muff; Supervalu, Carn; Gillen’s and Centra, Moville, Frankie’s Chip Van or by messaging Nadene on facebook.
Glencrow Hall has a capacity of 200 and tickets, priced at adults, 10 euro and students, five euro are already selling fast.
