Famous American sculptor artist, Dave Best, will take part in a special question and answer during the Foyle Film Festival later this month.
Best, who is best known for building huge structures from recycled wood for the Burning Man festivals where they are spectacularly burnt to the ground.
In March 2015, an extraordinary structure will appear in Derry.
‘Temple’ is a radical arts project, produced by Artichoke and supported by Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
Local communities will help build the elaborate edifice as a place for contemplation and remembrance, before setting it on fire.
Best will discuss his work and vision for ‘Temple’ in Derry during the Foyle Film Festival on Friday November 21 at Void at the City Factory Gallery.
Tickets cost £6 per person.
