Ghost Bus Tours make a welcome return to the annual Hallowe’en Carnival with hair-raising stories of the city’s most haunted streets and spaces.
Now in its fifth year, City Sightseeing Tours and Grove Variety Theatre Group have brought together a monstrous cast of ghosts, zombies, ghouls, witches and superheroes to create a one hour spine-tingling city tour that is frightfully good fun.
Martin Mullan, Director with Grove Variety Theatre Group says to be prepared as, on the tour, anything can happen.
“This year, we’ve a mix of new ghost stories and city favourites on offer along with a few unscheduled stops to keep our ghost hunter audiences surprised, spooked and entertained,” said Martin.
“While we’ve every ghost in their place...it’s Hallowe’en so expect the unexpected!”
Ghost Bus Tours run from Thursday October 27 – Sunday October 30 with evening tours at 6.30pm, 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
Adults are £8 and Children £5. Tours leave from the Guildhall and booking in advance is essential.
James Deehan, City Sightseeing Tour says it’s great to be part of the Hallowe’en Carnival.
“Our haunted Route Master Bus is perfect for the Ghost Tour. We are delighted to be part of the Carnival and add something unique to the Hallowe’en experience. The tour is very popular with some of the tours already sold out. We recommend early booking to make sure you can enjoy Hallowe’en with us”.
Tickets can be booked by calling 028 71267284 or you can visit the Hallowe’en Information and ticket point in Waterloo Place.
This ticket point is open Monday October 24 to 27; 10am-5pm and Friday October 28 to 31 from 10.00am-late.
Ghost Bus Tour visitors are recommended to wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear for some outdoor walking and quick getaways
