Alex is 24, originally from Poland but then moved to Ireland as a young kid. "I started my tattooing journey in 76 Tattoo House 5 years ago, and recently relocated to Belfast to work in Croí Dubh Tattoo.Art was always something that played a huge part in my life. Originally it wasn’t a career ever imagined myself in. It wasn’t until I was 18 years old, my friends convinced me to finally apply for apprenticeships. 5 years later I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. It’s definitely very hard to choose a favourite tattoo, but it would have to be this heart tattoo as I was given full artistic freedom! Every tattoo I do gives me so much joy and I’m forever thankful that my clients trust me with tattooing them!" Photo: Alex Plewa
