Braidwater said that this offers purchasers the chance to secure, purchase and move into their new Braidwater home, while the company takes ownership of their existing home for future sale.

If a house qualifies for part exchange, Braidwater will request an independent valuation of the current property, and then submit an offer.

On agreement, Braidwater will progress with the sale of the home.

This is turn, they say, will allow the purchaser to concentrate on the purchase of their new home.
