Sky engineers carrying out repair work after Derry customers unable to get online

Sky customers in Derry have been unable to make calls or get online from around 10pm on Wednesday, April 22.
It is understood that the technical fault is affecting other customers across the North, causing problems for people working from home.

Hide AdThis morning the company confirmed on their Twitter feed that engineers are on site in Derry and have started repair work.
Sky also apologised for any inconvenience caused and advised customers to keep up to date at https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus
