EXAM RESULTS: Advice available for A-Level and GCSE students

A dedicated examinations advice helpline has been set up to provide guidance to students who are expecting A-Level and GCSE results.

The phone service, which has been set up by the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA), became fully operational on Wednesday (August 17).

It will operate daily from 9am to 5pm until Wednesday, August 31, however lines open at 7am on A-Level results day.

Anyone with queries regarding CCEA’s examination results can call 028 9026 1260, email [email protected], or log onto the CCEA website www.ccea.org.uk to search for answers from the Frequently Asked Questions section.

CCEA Examinations Manager Michael Crossan said: “I would encourage anyone with a query or concern about their CCEA examination results to pick up the phone and give us a call.”
