8.18% capacity left at Altnagelvin with no new COVID-19 admissions or deaths reported
There were no new admissions to Altnagelvin with COVID-19 yesterday, according to the latest daily bulletin from the Department of Health.

At midnight on Monday 39 people were being treated as coronavirus inpatients across Western Trust hospitals.
Five of 14 (35.71%) ICU beds at Altnagelvin were being used to treat COVID-19 patients; five (35.71%) were occupied by patients with other conditions and four (28.57%) were free.

Hide AdSeven ICU patients in total were being ventilated - four were COVID-19 patients and three non-COVID-19 patients.
In terms of general occupancy 9.09% of beds at Altnagelvin were ‘COVID-19 occupied’, 81.21% were ‘other occupied’ and the hospital had 8.18% capacity left in the system: 1.52% were ‘awaiting admission.’
No further deaths have been recorded.
