Car parking charges being reintroduced at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry

Since March 2020, the Western Trust changed its charging arrangements to support staff and in recognition of the significantly reduced footfall for visitors and patients.

Visiting has since been reinstated and the Trust has been scaling up its hospital services since June 20. As such, the normal arrangements for patients and visitors paying for chargeable spaces will be re-instated and enforcement will recommence on all hospital sites.

Some free staff parking will still be available in the multi-storey car park.

Concessionary parking is available for patients or visitors who attend the site frequently or for lengthy periods of time. For more info on this see: www.westerntrust.hscni.net.
