Death of woman aged 60 to 79 brings Derry COVID-19 toll to 130

A woman aged between 60 and 79 died with COVID-19 in Derry/Strabane yesterday.

One hundred and thirty people have now died after contracting SARS-CoV-2 since the pandemic began. The woman died in hospital on Wednesday.

Twenty-six people have died with coronavirus in Derry/Strabane in 2021.

The details were released by the Department of Health this afternoon.
