Derry man Brendan Morrison to get on his bike and cycle ‘100km in May’ to raise funds for motor neurone disease (MND) charity the Darby Rimmer foundation
Brendan, originally from the Moor but now living in Omagh, was inspired to take on the challenge after loved ones received MND diagnoses.
“This disease has touched me through the experiences of a close relative and a close friend.

The father-of-two has already raised over £1,000 for the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation, smashing an original target of £200.
There is still plenty of time to donate via https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/brendan-morrison1 before Brendan hops on his bike.
The charity fund-raiser will of course take place in accordance with the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and will be completed on an exercise bike in Brendan’s back garden from May 11 to May 15.
