Derry/Strabane COVID-19 rate falls again and is still lowest in the north

Between January 13 and January 19, there were 250 confirmed positive cases of the virus in the district giving a seven day rate per 100,000 of 165.9, down from 181.2 on Tuesday.
It's now at its lowest point since December 16, which was the lowest point the rate had been since September.

Hide AdThe average prevalence rate for the north over the same seven days was 313.2 per 100,000 - lower than the figure of 323.7 posted yesterday.
Derry and Strabane is still recording the lowest coronavirus rate in the six counties after Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon (576.6), Mid Ulster (470.4), Newry, Mourne and Down (374.6), Antrim and Newtownabbey (291.6), Fermanagh and Omagh (278.2), Mid and East Antrim (261.2), Belfast (244.7), Lisburn and Castlereagh (203.9), Causeway Coast and Glens (194.1) and Ards and North Down (184).
