Two more Derry/Strabane COVID-19 deaths brings total to 66

Two more people have passed away in Derry and Strabane after testing positive for COVID-19.

The deaths of a woman, aged over 80, and a man, aged between 60 and 79, were registered on Thursday. Both died in hospital.

Sixty-six people have now died in Derry and Strabane since the pandemic began.

Derry and Strabane has the fifth highest coronavirus death toll by local government district after Belfast (216), Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon (87), Antrim and Newtownabbey (79) and Lisburn and Castlereagh (73).
