Two more deaths of patients with coronavirus have been reported in Derry and Strabane.

The two deaths - of women aged over 80 - occurred in residential care settings yesterday.

They were reported by the Department of Health this afternoon.

In total 108 people have now died with COVID-19 in Derry/Strabane since the pandemic began. Fourteen people have died with the illness locally in 2021.
