The Clarendon Bar darts team who were winners of the Derry Vintners’ Darts Association league championship title, the Sunbeam Bar Cup and the Danny Doherty-Willie Fleming trophy.
Linda Quigley, of Ardfoyle, Bishop Street, who was chosen as “Miss Oscar” at the Waterloo Street nightclub. Linda (17),a student at St Cecilia’s Secondary School, beat nine other contestants to win the title. She received a trophy and a cheque for £100. Christine McCann was runner-up and Martina Anderson came third.
