Based on Limited trim, the Renegade 80th Anniversary gets 18-inch alloys, LED lights all round, privacy glass and a revised seven-slot grille with low-gloss Granite Crystal colouring. It also gets a unique commemorative badge.
Inside the cabin, the badging is also apparent on the black leather seats, complete with tungsten stitching, and the floor mats. There’s also unique graphic elements in the infotainment system, including smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, DAB radio with GPS navigation and Uconnect services.
A host of driver assist systems are also fitted as standard. These include adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning plus, lane departure warning plus, intelligent speed assist with traffic sign recognition, front and rear parking sensors and drowsy driver detection.

The same grille treatment is found on the Wrangler 80th Anniversary, though it’s in a metallic Neutral Grey. The trim colour also extends to the headlight and foglight bezels, plus full LED headlights with auto high beam are fitted as standard. The Wrangler also comes with two-tone 18-inch alloys, a body-coloured hard-top, plus commemorative badging and plaques.
Inside the cabin there’s the same black leather as the Renegade, but in addition there’s also a leather-wrapped dashboard and Berber floor mats. And for the first time in a Wrangler, the new Uconnect app-based services — as also included in the limited-run Renegade — appear.
Only one engine choice is available for the Wrangler 80th Anniversary, the 268bhp 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Featuring the Jeep Command-Trac four-wheel-drive system, it uses the Selec-Trac full-time two-speed transfer case to continuously monitor and manage the torque sent to the front and rear wheels to ensure the Wrangler can master even the most challenging off-road tracks.
