Free offer for Brian Foster play - first 200 each night get a free DVD

The first 200 people through the door each night will be handed a free DVD of the last ever performance of his mega-hit one-woman play, Maire A Woman of Derry, filmed live in the Millennium Forum back in 2013.

Brian said: “Tickets are really flying for this one. Nearly three-quarters of the tickets available for the opening night have already sold. So, as a little thank you to those attending each performance, I’d like to acknowledge their support by giving them a free gift upon entry.

As these DVDs normally retail at £17.50, they will in effect be getting a free ticket to the show. If not to be retained personally, the DVD would make a terrific Christmas present to send to a loved one abroad.”

When The Bogside Spinster Met The Carndonagh Stud has become the most eagerly anticipated play of 2016. Brian said: “Can this one live up to my last play? You bet it can. I’ve never had so much fun directing a play. The rehearsal room is buzzing and my brilliant cast are on fire! It’s a no-holds-barred sex comedy, the like of which has not been seen on a Derry stage before. It could get me run out of Derry. But I’ve never been one to shy away from taking risks.
