Several boats are now docked on the Foyle and they are arriving in quick succession at the minute. Crowds have been gathering along the quay today as Mayor of Derry & Strabane Sandra Duffy welcomed the boats at Foyle Marina.

There have been joyous scenes as the first of the fleet Clipper Round the World Yacht Race crews arrive to a welcome fit for heroes at Derry’s quay ahead of the Legenderry Food Festival this weekend followed by the Maritime Festival next week.
