Accused of falseimprisonment
A 22-year-old Altnagelvin man charged with falsely imprisoning and assaulting a woman in March appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court for a preliminary enquiry on Thursday, November 3.
A PPS solicitor said Aaron Donnelly of Manorwood, Altnagelvin, had a prima facie case to answer in relation a charge of unlawful and injurious imprisonment and a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was granted his own bail of £750 to appear at Derry Crown Court on November 29 for arraignment.
