Man accused of attempting to cause GBH returned for trial in Derry
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Connlan Boyle (21) of Rosskeen Park iwas charged with offences that were said to have occurred on March 19 last year.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer. There were no contrary submissions.
Boyle chose not to submit any statements and not to call any witnesses.
He was returned for trial on March 18.
