Man accused of escaping custody returned for trial to Derry Crown Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge of escaping from lawful custody.
Frankie Lynn (21) of Rockmills appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court.
He is charged with one count of escaping from lawful custody on June 27, 2025.
It was accepted there was a case to answer. There were no contrary submissions.
Lynn said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial on July 2.
