Man accused of GBH returned for trial to Derry Crown Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court charged with grievous bodily harm following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court.
Patrick Rush (45) of Asylum Road in Derry was charged with the offence that was said to have occurred on July 16, 2022.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Rush chose not to call any witnesses and not to submit any statements.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on December 3.
