Man charged with illegal entry to country and driving while drunk
A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates’ Court charged with illegal entry to the country, driving while drunk, driving with no insurance and driving with no licence.
Adrian Jan Stankiewicz (26) of no fixed abode was charged with the driving offences that were said to have occurred on October 17 and the illegal entry that was said to have occurred in February.
There was no bail application at this time, as Stankiewicz has no available address due to his immigration status.
The case was adjourned until October 28.
