Man remanded at Derry court after bail breach

A man charged with various offences has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court following a breach of his bail conditions.

Logan Tutor (20) of Summerhill Park was originally charged with, on June 30 2025, being concerned in the supply of Class A and B drugs, dangerous driving, possession of criminal property, having an offensive weapon in a public place, namely two baseball bats, failing to stop when required by police, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and obstructing police.

People objected to bail and said that he refused to give the pin to his phone.

Defence Barrister Sinead Rogan said Tutor had been on bail since November and that this involved accusations of 'simple possession and obstruction' when he was said to have given police a false name upon being stopped. She added that this was his first breach and his co-accused was given bail.

He was remanded in custody and will appear again on March 12.
