Credit Union Youth Awards

Now in its 12th year, the awards scheme has recognised the contribution of more than 400 young people to their families, neighbours, peers and schools.

The awards aim to reward teenagers who make the lives of those around them better.

These include young people who share their artistic and sporting talents with younger children; who care for a special needs sibling or parent; volunteer; or have shown courage in overcoming challenges.

The young person must be aged between 11 and 19 years old.

Nomination forms are available at www.derrycu.com or can be collected at the office on Abbey Street. Must be returned by 1pm on Saturday, March 5.
