Creggan man accused of drugs offences

A 33-year-old man has been returned for trial at Derry Crown Court accused of 30 drugs offences.

Sean Rodgers, of Circular Road, is charged with being concerned in the supply of Cocaine between January 2014 and January, last year.

He is further charged with being concerned in an offer to supply Cocaine, possessing Cocaine with intent to supply and simple possession of the Class A drug.

Rodgers is also accused possessing the Class B drug Cannabis.

The 33-year-old declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on his own behalf.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Derry Crown Court for arraignment on April 21st.
