Denied Obstruction
A 46-year-old man has appeared in court accused of refusing to answer questions from a police constable.
Patrick John McDaid, of Beechwood Avenue, is further charged with obstrucing a constable in the exercise of his powers.
The offences were allegedly committed on February 17.
McDaid was released on continuing bail to appear in court again on May 4.
