Derry urge people not to pick up suspicious objects after reports of device
The PSNI in Derry have again warned people not to approach suspicious objects in the city's northern suburbs after reports of a device having been left in the area.
Police are urging people in the Ballyarnett area who come across or notice any suspicious objects in the Racecourse Road/Cornshell Fields area not to approach or touch anything after receiving information that a device may have been left in the area.
"We would urge anyone who sees anything suspicious or out of the ordinary in the area to contact police by calling 101," the PSNI said.
