Man (50) charged with conspiracy to process Class A drug to appear before Derry court
Officers from the PSNI Organised Crime Branch have charged a 50 year old man with a number of offences including being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug.
The man is also charged with conspiracy to process Class A controlled drug with intent to supply and conspiracy to fraudulently import Class A controlled drug.
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, July 23.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
