Man arrested in connection with Derry Easter parade released

A man arrested in Derry as part of an ongoing investigation following a parade in the city on Monday, April 18 has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.

The 26 year-old man was arrested under the Terrorism Act following searches of a residential property in the Galliagh area on Monday, July 4.

Following the parade on Monday, April 18, 15 men have now been arrested.

Fourteen arrests were made under the Terrorism Act - 13 have now been released pending report to the Public Prosecution Service.
