Man charged with attempted child abduction due in court today
A man is due to appear in court in Derry today (Monday) charged with six counts of attempted child abduction.
The 46-year-old was arrested in the city on Friday last, October 4.
He was subsequently charged and is due to appear before Derry Magistrate’s Court this morning.
Police have said that , as is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
