Man denies sex offences
A 23-year-old man has denied entering a children's home as a trespasser with intent to commit a sexual offence.
Bernard Cooke, whose address was given as c/o HMP Magilligan, pleaded not guilty to further charges of sexual activity with a child and meeting a child following sexual grooming.
The offences were allegedly committed between September and October 2014.
Derry Crown Court heard discussion were ‘ongoing’ in the case.
Cooke was remanded in custody to appear in court again on March 4.
