Man hospitalised with serious facial injuries after assault during Derry street disturbance
The man has been treated in hospital following the assault in Galliagh in the early hours of this morning.
A 32-year-old has been arrested on suspicious of occasioning grievous bodily harm (GBH).

Hide AdPolice received a report of a disturbance in the street at Bloomfield Park shortly before 1.30 a.m. on Saturday, July 4.
It is believed at this time that one man was assaulted by a number of other males. The man, aged in his 30s, sustained serious facial injuries as a result and is currently receiving hospital treatment.
The 32 year old man arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent was taken into custody.
