Police granted further time to question man about the death of a 21-year-old woman
Police investigating the suspicious death of a 21 year old woman have been granted further time to question a man arrested earlier this week.
The 21-year-old woman died at Altnagelvin Hospital on August 9, last year, following an incident at an address in Gortnessy Meadows six days earlier on August 3.
A 33-year-old man was arrested by police on Tuesday.
Detectives from the Major Investigation Team have been granted a further 36 hours to question the man.
