Residents told to keep windows and doors shut as gorse fire tackled in Derry
Fire-fighters and police were this afternoon tasked to a large gorse fire in the Skeoge Link Road area of Derry.
Residents in the vicinity were being advised to keep their windows and doors closed.
Motorists were also today being also advised to avoid the area, as smoke may make driving conditions difficult.
